data reset


For some reason since I've gotten my phone my data has not reset , is that normal

Amber, everything looks fine. Your data has reset on the 13th. If you are using a third party app they will not always be in sink. Stick with your self serve account for checking usage. 
What does it mean when you phone won't turn on , but it's ok charge ,I know my phone is not dead .

Built in data tracking on the iphone does not reset automatically. You need to manually reset the totals. As far as getting the phone to turn on, assuming it does show that is fully charged, try holding the power and home buttons down while you count to sixty. (You can let go as soon as you see the apple logo appear on the screen). (I am assuming you are aware that the power button is the one at the top right corner of the phone, while the round button below the screen is the home button).
