Data problem


Even though I didn’t use the data , capacity suddenly decreases for three months.

What do you mean for 3 months? 

 

Have you checked your data usage on the settings of your phone? 

Sure!

I checked during  3months.

So the data was decreased without myusing.

From the cellular usage, Apple music and Google Maps were using too much data. Did you download a lot of albums over the cellular? (or watch music video)

I would suggest you reset the data counter and see which app was the culprit in the usage problem. You could reset by going down to the bottom of the cellular usage and choose “Reset Statistics”.

If there are certain apps that you dont want to use data, you can also disabled it from this screen here
