Data Not Working


About 2 ays ago, I tried to use my data but it was not working and nothing would load. The next day, I got a text from koodo saying that my data was turned back on due to the start of a new billing period. However, I tried using it last night and today and it still isn't working. How can I make it work?

Sophie, have you changed any settings on your phone since you were last able to use it? Have you tried rebooting your phone?
I'm unable to pull any info. using your name/email address - if you're comfortable sharing your phone number I can pull up your account and make sure everything is okay on our end (once you share I can remove your number for privacy).
