Data is not working

My bill is paid completely for the month, and I’m able to text and call use LTE but trying to search something up in safari or use Snapchat doesn’t work. My data plan is unlimited text and call with 5GB of data, and I’ve spoken to some Koodo people over the phone and they say my data isn’t paused or anything. So why am still not able to use data for anything else?

Are those the only apps that don't work? Or does nothing at all for data work?

Which device are you currently using? Did you get it from Koodo?

Settings>Cellular

Make sure you dont have data disabled for those apps.
