Data hasn't worked all day, an issue with the network?


I called in around 1pm this afternoon and was told there was an issue in Ontario, and that it was being worked on. However, he we are at 12:10am and it's still not working. Anyone know what the deal is?

Have you tried rebooting the phone? After an outage it sometimes takes a reboot togget the device working again. Do a battery pull or power button hold and see if that fixes your issue.
Tried that, still doesn't work
I recieved a loaner phone from Apple today, is this possibly why? Do I need to register the loaner phone with Kodoo for it to work properly on my account?
