Data doesnt work

I purchased an iPhone XR for xmas for my 12 yr old daughter. The data hasn't worked since day 1. I didn't think she was correct when she told me... until recently. Now I know its not working ūüėē we've tried turning it on and shutting the phone off and it's still not working.¬†

Which plan are you on? Was it a prepaid or postpaid plan ? Was there any data in the plan? When you signed into selfserve, was there any data block?

Also, could you check if your cellular data is on in the phone?

additionally, You could check this page troubleshoot the problem https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/i-cant-connect-internet

Sorry, data is on in the phone..no blocks that I know of bill is current. Were monthly customers. There is 2 gb plus 2 p/m. I'll check the page you suggested to see of that helps. Thank you

You may have to do a factory reset of the phone. Make sure to have your daughter back up her data before proceeding. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWvv9HB07p0

Resetting your iPhone’s network settings is used when you cannot connect to cellular data. This procedure will not erase any data stored on your iPhone. Go to Settings > General - scroll down to and tap Reset. Select Reset Network Settings (you may have to enter a passcode to continue). Follow the on-screen prompts and allow your iPhone to reboot. Verify that data is working.

This procedure resets network settings for cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You will have to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords and re-pair Bluetooth devices (if applicable). VPN settings may need to be reconfigured (if applicable).
