hello i dropped my phone and its cracked and keeps glitching i cant use it but due to Covid i cant go to a Koodo help place for help because they're closed and i cant get in touch with a rep i don’t know what to do or who to ask for help i need damage repair

If the phone was damaged by you (not by a manufacturer issue), it might be better to find a local repair shop. They might offer cheaper repair cost and shorter turnaround. If it was an iPhone, you might want to check in with Apple store.
