I have been on hold for over an hour to cancel a plan... how long does it take to answer the phone at customer support to cancel which cannot be done any other way?

Hello there!

We are really sad to see you leaving the Koodo family :(

Can you please tell us which number you were calling? As we do not have a direct phone number!

You can schedule a callback at a time that is convenient for you using the Koodo assist and you will avoid the wait time :)

Here is the link for the Koodo assist : koodomobile.com/chat

It might take awhile. Schedule a callback through the assistant.

If you are moving your number to another provider you can just port your number over and that will cancel your line automatically

Is the number on the "contact us" page not a direct number?

Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636)

At the moment, you can reach out to our customer services department either by sending us a message on Facebook orTwitter, or Scheduling a callback using the Koodo assist 🙂
Koodo's digital assistant is a joke, worst way to provide service. What makes Koodo think this is easier rather then just calling a number and speaking to an actual human who can actually solve issues and doesn't piss the customers off.

Because you just set a time and they call you back. No more waiting on the phone 😉
