If possible set up customer service for 24 hours 7 days a week specialy for live chat so customer can ask their question anytime in any kind of situation

We've got this community - always awake and ready to answer anything in seconds 😃 The impossible we answer immediately, miracles take a little longer 🙂

I'd rather pay less for my service and have the current level of service. Koodo does a good job of self-service tools, including this community.

That's why we got this communiitttyyyyyyy. It's basically 24/7 Customer Support.

I don't agree with having 24/7 support as that might be too expensive and the wait times would be long since not as many people do overnights but I do agree extending the hours by a little. Maybe add an hour to opening and closing.
