Could not activate my Sim Card online


I could not activate my sim card. I was stuck at step 3 (base plan & Booster Adds-on where I cannot choose anything and couldnot move to next step. Have tried several times... What can I do now?

I have the exact same issue as well. Couldn't find any help for this issue unfortunately 😞
The worst service I've ever experienced. I have bought top up too. Can I return both of them?
Not sure about that, but hopefully they solve the issue asap.

They just flagged the prepaid team and they are investigating
I'm stuck in step 3 too

I just came to Koodo shop and use their phone to call their customer service team to activate my account. It's done successfully after 35 minutes call :((. You should do so and remember to tell them that you could not activate it online, otherwise, you will be charged.

Actually, I'm already done activating it. I used my aunt's phone and it worked for me
