Could I pay off my remaining TAB and my past due balance, and then transfer my current bill to a new phone?

I would like to get an iPhone 5S, and I have a $-116 tab balance. I would like to pay this off, but my current bill is past due. If I pay the past due amount, would I be able to transfer the balance of my current bill to my new phone?

I assume you still have an active Koodo account with active service. Pay your bill. Then call in to Koodo to report your payment to prevent them from cutting off your service unexpectedly. Then go to a Kiosk to upgrade and they will put your remaining tab onto your next bill.

So they can move the tab onto my next bill? I would have to pay the 275 for the 5S outright, I understand, but they will move the tab onto my bill? This would make things a lot easier for me, as I just lost my phone and am in need of a new one ASAP.

Correct, onto your next bill. You can actually do that yourself on self serve by clicking the pay off tab button. When you get the new iphone 5S on the Tab M at the kiosk you will have the pay the $275+tax right there with cash/credit/debit.
