Could have better customer relations


Didn't receive a tx when I'd reach my limit but did receive a msg saying I was charged $500 for overage.Telus might be getting my business again.customer relations?

Sounds like you either turned off your notifications, or you're not actually on a shock free plan.

Either way, it's a lot of minutes and MB...   You didn't check your usage before it get this much over?

Hi Carolee - does your phone number end in 55? (That's the only account I can find that matches your email). If so, you have no outstanding balance at the moment and I don't see a single bill over the past year that comes close to that amount. The August 2016 bill was indeed higher than normal, but that was because you chose to pay off your outstanding tab balance.

Also, as Timo suspected, you're currently not on a shock-free data plan (SFD), so you only get notifications when you reach 50% and 90% of your monthly allotment, but don't get a notification nor cut-off when you reach 100% as the SFD plans do. If you'd like to switch to one of the newer SFD plans, take a look at the Koodo website to see if there's a plan that better suits your needs.
