I am in a very remote area of Mexico without any cell service. My phone was lost/stolen today and I need to suspend all service and hopefully have an email sent to me if it is reported found. The self serve option is not working for me. Urgently needed it noted on my account. My phone may already be in a normal suspension as I have been away for a long period and have not made payment. I need an email contact of a direct person. Links are not working.
