Contact needed via email


I am in a very remote area of Mexico without any cell service. My phone was lost/stolen today and I need to suspend all service and hopefully have an email sent to me if it is reported found. The self serve option is not working for me. Urgently needed it noted on my account. My phone may already be in a normal suspension as I have been away for a long period and have not made payment. I need an email contact of a direct person. Links are not working.

Email option is not available. You could send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) and see if they can help you remotely. You could also use skype or some voip app to call their number 1 (866) 995-6636. Normally you could suspend your service in self service https://www.koodomobile.com/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone

Anyway, if your phone has been suspended, the theft must have a hard time to pay your due balance to get it working (if they want to use it).

If you're on prepaid, after 90 days of non payment the account cancels itself. If postpaid then after 60-90 days of non payment I would say, it would be sent to collections and be suspended.

😱DUH... and your credit record will be burnt if you're on postpaid and don't report your loss. Definitely contact them on Facebook or Twitter explaining that you are out of the country.

If you are on prepaid, order a SIM on ebay.ca, log in to self serve, and switch your account over to the new SIM to freeze your boosters if they are substantial.
