Connection troubles

Me and my family live out in the country about 1/2 way between Leduc and Millet, and lately the Koodo signal has been rather sucky. Was just wondering if anybody had any ideas/suggestions etc on how to figure out why.

Hey Laura, There are many factors that can affect signal strength, (buildings, geographic obstacles like hills, mountains and trees, natural obstacles like weather conditions) You can start by turning your phone off, removing the battery and the SIM card for few minutes and turning your phone back on. If your problem persists, please contact us by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a land line. Thanks ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
