Hi, I ordered my new iphone online with your cyber monday sale. After almost a week you guys called me and left a message without even letting the phone ring. When I tried to call back your hours are only 3-9pm. That being said I have called 9 times and left 2 messages to be called back, and never do I get a call back or a real person. I am usually on hold for like 5 seconds and it goes directly to an answering machine. I am getting extremely annoyed especially since they told me it would be cancelled if I didn't call them ASAP. Really poor customer service if you ask me.

Hi Michaela - Looking at your account I see that the reason we tried to contact you was because the shipping address does not match your account. If you shoot us a private message on Facebook, we'll be able to validate you and confirm details. The agent can then leave a note on your account and with the web store team with the correct details to continue processing your order.
