Confirm order


Got an email saying I had to call to confirm some details of my order. I've been calling since yesterday and left two messages but not sure what else to do.. don't want my order canceled!! Is there a way to verify on here?

Hi Alyssa - you'll need to speak with an agent to get everything cleared. When you call, listen closely to the prompts as there is an option to request a call-back, which is easier than waiting on hold. To clarify, did the email say anything about needing to verify ID at a store, or was the request only to call-in?
