changing sim card problem

I just changed my cellphone, so i needed another sim card, how can i activate this chip maintaining the same phone number and account from the previous sim card?

You can do that in self service, Victor. Just change the SIM card number to your new one, and everything will be preserved 🙂

@Shandon : are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? if you had a spare sim you could change your sim in your self service https://www.koodomobile.com/help/koodo-sim-support

Does your new phone need a nano sim card and your current/old sim card is bigger than that and doesn't fit? Because otherwise you can just put in your current sim card, use your phone like normal, and not transfer to your new one.
