changing plans online

Recently, I switched from samsung s4 to iphone 6s. As expected, I have to pay much more than I usually do but I realized that I couldn't pay for it since I'm a student. and I am charged more than what I was told to.Would it be okay if I personally change my plan online? ( i got my phone 4 days ago)

What do you mean you were charged more than you thought Clarisse? You first bill has, what we call 'proration' on it. It is the cost of your plan from the day you opened the line to the day of your bill cycle plus one full month in advance. You are also on Tab Large so if you want to change plans you will have to pay off the "loan" for the phone you bought first. Then you can change plans online.

He said that I would only be charged for $75 a month. What's a loan?

The iPhone was not free. Please read your agreement Clarisse. Ken, below has it right.

I know that. I don't have a problem paying the loan. I was just wondering if I could change plans so I could pay less. And I talked to someone I know, he is with another company and he got his phone just recently (iphone 6s), and he is paying around $55. I am hoping to get that kind of deal too since I'm a student. It would be great if u could help me out. Thanks Bernard! 🙂

If you pay off your TAB (the loan) you can switch to any of our plans Clarisse.

The loan refers to the cost of iPhone 6s over the course of 24 months, i.e. $21 x 24 = $504.
Thanks for letting me know Ken 🙂
