I've had my phone on the seasonal hold for the last 6 months and I need to select a new plan, but I'm not allowed until I pay off my tab, and this is not possible to do online. My phone isn't connected so I can't call Koodo, but I could use my home phone (I don't like the looks of a $25 charge though). How do I go forward with changing my plan?

If the system doesn't allow you to change your plan, you will need to call customer service. Tell them you tried to do it through self service, but you couldn't do it. Then they will help you without charge
