Changing my address an issue: need to make payment!


I am not sure how to change my address cause the previous one does not match the one on my card and without it I cannot make a payment or change my current bill to the one with internet and int. calls.

You can change your address on self serve. Just log in and on the overview tab, click on Billing Tab https://d1qy7qyune0vt1.cloudfront.net/koodo-en/attachment/1_inline.bmp

Does it still apply if its under an organization's address theres no postal box just: the name of the organization city Country in that format nothing else and thats how all mails have been posted and successfully received with other transactions. Basically, will this work with Koodo as well?

After the address is changed, you would have to wait roughly 24 hours before the payment can be made. That would give the back end systems time to update with the new address.

Does it still apply if its under an organization's address theres no postal box just: the name of the organization city Country in that format nothing else and thats how all mails have been posted and successfully received with other transactions. Basically, will this work with Koodo as well?

Accoring to Canada Post I think you need one of the address types shown in the link: http://www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/manual/PGaddress-e.asp#1416995 And accoridng to the Koodo address form in self serve you need to have a civic address, PO Box, or Rural Route address. Just a Organization, City and Country will not be enough unless it is a company's internal mail system https://d1qy7qyune0vt1.cloudfront.net/koodo-en/attachment/1_inline.bmp

The simple answer is that the address on the card needs to be exactly like the address with Koodo. If any other address, the card would need to be registered with Koodo. That can take some time to complete.

Usually, when getting that error. You need to call koodo. They will fulfill a form which is being sent to the financial institution that have everything fixed. So call #227 free from your phone to reach Billing directly. Yey, it only takes 24 or up to 48 hours for that issue to be resolved. Let me know if it works!
