changed my pre-authorize credit card and current bill

Hi I just changed my pre-authorize credit card and I was wondering what was going to happen with my current bill?  Is it going to transfer to my new pre-authorize credit card?

Do you mean that you have a new credit card that you want to use for automatic payment with Koodo and that you've updated this information through Self Serve?

If so, payment will be taken normally if you've done this early in your billing cycle. If your payment is due soon, the change may not take effect in time. When I do this close to a billing cycle, I have a habit of making a one-time payment. Worst-case scenario - I get double billed and then there's a credit on the account that's automatically used in the next billing cycle.

Please make sure that the name and billing address on the new card match the name and billing address of your Koodo account.

You can do so by signing into your self serve account, clicking view my bill, and editing the credit card information.

I get this:
  • Error 403--ForbiddenFrom RFC 2068 [i]Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:10.4.4 403 ForbiddenThe server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

Try clearing your cookies, using a different broswer, using an igcognito window, different device, etc. and let us know if that works for you. If you have internet explorer that seems to usually fix issues but try any browser you have.
