Changed My Number, Tried To Access Voicemail, But Says I Need A "PIN"?


I changed my phone number a few days ago, clicked on the Voicemail icon on my phone just today, but it's asking me to enter a "Pin". I have a 6 digit Koodo pin that I use for assistance via phone, so I entered that. Didn't work. I then went into my account online and reset the voicemail password, which defaults to my number. I can't change it to anything. It won't allow you to. Then, I clicked on Voicemail on my phone again, entered my number as the "Pin" but it says it's incorrect. Any thoughts?
