I changed my data to 1Gb shock free for $60 at the selfserve and just realised there is same offer that valid until October 11th for $50 on Koodomobile.com, I dont think it's fair that the offers on selfserve do not bring you to the promotion one on the website. How can I change it without waiting for this one cycle of bill for $60 instead of $50?

HI simpirilee, If you already changed your plan this billing cycle you will need to contact Koodo by calling in. Just make sure you have the correct province selected on the top right of the Koodo page as you might not see it in self serve since it's an out of market plan.
