Cant Access Self Serve Account


I switched to Koodo last month and have never been able to get into the Self Serve tab to look at my account and pay bills.  It keeps saying "the page is not available because of too many redirects" .  Help!

Have you tried another browser, Brannan? Which one did you use? Also make sure you clear all your cookies and browser history, that usually clears it too.
