Cannot upgrade phone plan?


On koodos self serve I can see a 44$ for 2 Gb plan and a 49$ for 4Gb plan but when I try to add the 49$ plan it brings me to self serve where I do not even see it as an option.. I changed my plan a month and a half ago so is that why I cannot make the change? I have no tab - just my own phone.

You can change your plan once per billing cycle. If its been 6 weeks that won't be why. For people with no tab or a positive balance they need to call 611 in order to have it done manually. You shouldn't get charged for it since it's not there in self-serve and you have no tab.

Ok, thanks! There is indeed an an issue for a few select customers in Quebec for whom this plan doesn't show up for some reason. Please send us a private message on Facebook and we'll make the change for you.
