Cannot remove $5 data add-on

When I go on to Self-Serve, Manage Add ons, and remove my $5/250 MB add-on, I get an error that says "Your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time".

How do I remove this?

This sounds like the data top-up after you have used all the data in your plan. It is a one time addon not a monthly so when your plan resets the add-on will dissappear.

No, this is a $5 monthly add-on offer I accepted back in September. The confirmation text I have from Koodo says "You can remove this add-on any time through your Self Serve account" but I cannot...

Ahh okay. It sounds like self serve is mixing up the plan with the add on and not allowing you to as you have a tab. I would suggest just shooting a message to one of the Koodo Reps on Facebook and they should be able to solve this for you. https://m.me/Koodo

This Add-on is special offer : Not every one get this offer.
So, if you remove it, then chances are you might no get same offer again.

If you see the message sayig "Your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time", then it most likely is a system glitch.
You can send a message through FB(click FB logo on the bottom of this page) and request to remove it.
