Cannot log into Self Serve app


I simply can't login. On the app it says "we're unable to process your request. Please try again later." On the website every time I login it asks for a new email, I have also tried that and confirmed it and even when I use the new email it asks again for a new email and just keeps doing that.

You're setup as a manager, not an owner. Call customer service. They need to fix it on the back end.
