Cannot access Self Serve app login


I just created a new self serve account but cannot access it, why?

Try to login to selfserve through the website, if it works: Uninstall and re install the app If it doesn't, check your password and try again. If all else fails call koodo for tech support (it's free)

There isn't much that can be done in tech with the app. If the customer is unable to log in using the site, then we can help. One thing we would attempt to do is delete the old profile and set up a brand new one. If the customer is able to do anything else data related, as you stated, uninstalling and reinstalling the app should be just fine.
