Cannot Access Self-Serve

I cannot access self-serve. I've registered, but whenever I log in, I just get:

You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

I am the owner of the email address/account and I've not received any kind of approval email. I'm confused about how there can 'already be an account' with this email address as I literally just signed up with Koodo.

Julia, can you pls send us private message on Facebook? Looks like there maybe different email addresses attached to your account. We will help fix that.

Hey Lana! Can you go on our site, click on self serve and under the 'log in' button there is a registration link. You will need your account number which can be found on the agreement you got at the Koodo store. Let me know if this works.

@Jesse, looks like your email was registered with an 'e' at the end of your last name. Is that correct? Or should it be an 'a'?

I am a new customer, I went to koodo in person on the 8th to get a new phone and transfer my phone number over from Bell. I did not receive an activation email and forgot about it, until I thought about paying my bill and tried to register my self serve today.

Alright, can you pls send us a private message on Facebook as we have to fix that, but will need to authenticate your account. We are a bit backed up but someone will definitely help tomorrow.
