I want to cancel my service immediately. I will leave Canada permanently in this week.
I engaged with 2 years contract with Koodo, in November 2013 and 2 years completed in November 2015. There's no outstanding balance,

Please cancel service with immediate effect.

Hello Padmike, You must contact Koodo directly using *611 from your mobile phone, upon reaching a representative inform them you want to cancel and they will do that for you. In future, please remember this is a forum of customers, none of us have access to your account and personal information (phone numbers, DOB, etc.) should never be posted here, or on any other public forum.

You do have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid upon cancellation.

Cancellation can only be done by calling in Padmike.
