Can't view my bill on my iPhone or iPad. Help!

Why can't i view my bill on my iPhone or iPad? It only lets me see the first page..whereas it says my bill is 4 pages..therefore I don't get to see all the different charges...very frustrating.

Are you talking about the self-serve app? You can't actually view your bill on the app. You need to use the website.

If you're having issues viewing the PDF in safari, try installing iBooks, and hold down on the link to your bill, then select open in iBooks. That could help as well.
