can't use my data


i am paying for data but i can't use it.  my phone doesn't show that I have any .  I have an iphone 4 and I have a plan with data included.

Data needs to be turned on on your phone In order to use it. You may also wish to check selfserve add ons to be sure a data block isn't on your account. I also found this Apple article with troubleshooting tips on fixing your issue. https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201415
