So I just switched from Bell to Koodo a few months ago. I unlocked my iPhone 5 with Bell before switching over. When I switched over everything was perfectly fine until just recently I noticed my friend tried to send me a picture message from his Samsung phone but we noticed that I didn't receive it. I tried to send him a picture message back and I would get an error saying to try again. I tried sending an MMS picture message to my friend who had an iPhone as well as another test and it still didn't work.
I can send picture messages fine through iMessage, but through a MMS message, it doesn't work. I have data turned on and I have 6 gb of data with my plan so it should be working.
I've checked the APN and the default settings are the same as what it shows it should be online.
Can anyone help me with this problem? Everything else is great with Koodo, it's just this one small thing that's really getting me frustrated.
