Can't make phone calls. keeps redirecting me


I cant make phone calls. When i do it redirects me cause Telus needs to talk to me. then asks me to enter my phone number and when i do tells me it is not valid and asks me to choose between a mic account, pcs account, and page account none of which i have. i know i haven't reached the deadline that i need to pay my bill according to the koodo text message.

It's bizarre that you would be redirected to a Telus support line rather than the Koodo one. Perhaps your account is overdue. Log into SS and check. Best thing to do afterward is call Koodo customer service with *611 or 1-866-995-6636 from any line.
I think I've managed to figure it out. I'm just not sure why it happened. It was an overdue balance issue, but I never received any notification about my impending termination and the timing doesn't make sense to me either since the last message I had was that my balance was due by Sept 25. Also why it wouldn't recognize my number or what any of those different accounts were that they wanted me to choose from.
Im having the same problem, and know that I have payed my bill.
