Can't get LTE


My family and I switched to Koodo from Rogers and now I can't get LTE and they can.  My phone is a 7plus, their phones are older.  LTE is enable and it keep showing 3G.  Please help?

Hi Melanie, I recommend resetting your network settings. Go to settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. Just a side note: you will have to re-enter your password for your home wifi after this.

For all WiFi and Bluetooth credentials.
