Can't access voicemail ... HELP!


I am trying to access my voicemail and I'm getting an automated message saying "we cannot complete your call you don't have an active booster and is not covered in your base plan" I have an active plan, I have the $25 base plan which includes voicemail plus $30 data booster. Any suggestions how I access my voicemail? I've tried the 1+area+phone number and getting the automated message

Accessing VM uses minutes. If you don't have an active airtime booster you cannot access vm from your cellphone.
It says it's included in the plan?
I have local calls after 7pm, is that the problem?

It means you would only be able to call your voicemail from your cell after 7pm local time
