Can someone please update me on my order


Order number is HFO16864459 received no tracking and no reciept. Got the order number from a koodo rep. KOODO mobile has not been any helping. It's been a week and I feel very neglected

Hi Luna - I see an order matching that number received in the system on Dec. 18th. It is however under a different name and on hold to verify further information. I would suggest sending an email to our web store team or calling on Tuesday after 3pm to sort things out. They will need to speak with the person who the account and order is under.
Are they only available on Tuesdays ? I've tried several times calling them and sending them emails. For the past week.

We were working out of a backlog recently, so that could be the reason for the delay in hearing back from them. In order to speak with an agent, you need to contact them between 3-9pm, Tuesday to Friday. I'd suggest trying to call right around 3pm EST if you can.

Customer service is open today. Community is always your best bet to start and then depending on the issue we can usually get it resolved here without having to wait on hold. Web store hours are still Tuesday to Friday though, if that's what you were asking.
