Can someone please call me about my bill there appears to be an overcharge

We don't make "outbound" calls Lise. What appears to be the issue? Lots of customers here who could shed light on any questions you may have.

I see what you might be inquiring about.....your bill this month is significantly higher than normally. If you look at the invoice you will see that there were almost 3 times as many minutes used that in past month. Since you are not on an unlimited minutes plan this has meant that once you reached the limit you were paying an overage, a pay per use minute rate. So, it's not an overcharge. If you believe this is going to be the "norm" you may want to consider switching plans online. To one with an unlimited minutes allowance.
