Can I cancel an add-on, before the start date of the add on?

I bought an international add on for the month of August. The add on is only scheduled to start on August first, and I will only be officially billed for it on my next monthly bill later on in August. Can I still cancel the add on, before August 1st?

I think it's always possible to dance something you haven't used. But I can not say 100% sure
