CALL FAILED?!?!?!?!


OK So i switched to a brand new I phone 4s a few weeks ago, I am now having non stop call failed issues and its driving me up the wall. I had my phone diagnosed by apple and they replaced it just in case. It was the phone causing it. But lo and behold the first call after getting a brand new I phone the call failed screen popped up again. Any ideas. I'M so Very disappointed in koodo and their lack of service on this. For shame koodo for shame

My Koodo service is fine. So it's obviously not the network. This may sound silly, but are you sure airplane mode isn't on and that you have 3G enabled under cellular settings? Have you tried testing out someone else's SIM card in the device? If it works, then yours may be defective. Are you in a good coverage area? Are you indoors or outdoors when you try to make a call? No carrier can guarantee indoor service, unfortunately. Keep us updated once you've tried some of these things.

Just because your Koodo service is working, doesn't mean everyones is working so it could very much be the network. You of all people should know that. Unless you know for a fact that the OP lives right beside you in the same area

Yeah true, that was an oversight on my part. But you don't need to berate me about it and ignore the rest of my post.

Are you able to send text messages or receive text messages? Does it fail when you dial out to a number, or do incoming calls also result in failure?
Tried 3 Diff i phones sim cards indoors outdoors on a bus on a sidewalk it dosent matter my calls fail. I have reset the network settings 3 times and im not a complete idiot i checked to see if my airplain mode was accidentl enabled first so i KNOW its 1.) Not My Cellphone seeing as its brand new factory condition, 2.) its not my Sim card as that too is brand New and Last but not least 3.) my 3g and my data are always on seeing as i always use them. Which leaves me to conclude it is inface KOODO's issue.
I always make sure to complete all reset options, try all trouble shooting, and try all means to make sure i solve a problem Prior to making accusatios. Additionally, apple did diagnostics on my old phone and it was showing that it is in-fact the service provider dropping the calls.
It fails to both incoming and outgoing calls, no issues with texting at all

No. Monthly billing cycle. my bill is ALWAYS over paid and always up to date.

Well if you think it's a Koodo issue then I would call the tech support team and have a ticket logged. Perhaps there's a service outage in your area. We can diagnose your problem to an extent but other than that, you'll have to report this to them.
Unfortunately i have called to report the issue once before and was told to deal with apple. Now after having done so and having the same issues with a brand new phone i am extremely frustrated and the koodo office is closed for the night. Seeing as i work 10 am-11 pm tomorrow i know i wont be able to call then either. And that too is extremely aggravating as well, I know its not koodo's fault i work tomorrow. But had the issue been taken seriously the first time i brought it up i feel i may not be having this issue right now....
