Broken Iphone


My iphone just stopped working and wont turn back on. I have tried everything and still nothing happens. What do I do? Will Koodo replace my phone?

If it is within 15 days of purchase, yes. If it is past 15 days, you would have to go through Apple. Is the phone physically damaged?

Even if the phone was purchased within 15 days i don't think Koodo would honour the warranty for physically damaged phone would they?

What happens when you plug the charger in? Or plug it into itunes? Is it fully charged?

Take it apple. They can tell you what it would cost to fix if it's not under warranty. If you have to replace it, they have special deals that you won't get anywhere else, but you have to pay out of pocket. Example: iPhone 4S broke. Out of warranty. Purchase price of a new one is $450 bit they will give it to you for $199. I don't have the details for the other models, but no one can match that even with a sale price. Again, the only thing is that you will have to pay up front.
