Booster Usage issue


I had added a $10 data booster & $5 Voice booster, but it's not showing therein the usage view.    What is wrong?

Hi miffy,

Did it charge your account? If it did and it's still not showing, contact Koodo using *611 from your mobile phone and see if there is technical difficulties with your account. You will not be charged for the call.
