Booster add-on renewals through Self Serve have been temporarily disabled due to technical difficulties.


Cannot purchase Booster add-ons for a week now, Message comes up as" Important note: Booster add-on renewals through Self Serve have been temporarily disabled due to technical difficulties. To add a Booster add-on to your account please dial *611 from your Koodo Mobile phone and follow the prompts." Is this a wide spread issue and is it to be fixed soon?

Not sure on the timeline but have you tried calling 611 to top up through the phone menu?
Thanks for replying. I know I probably can do the above. However I have to look after 6 accounts and not being able to do so on the Website is awkward. No one else has claimed to have this issue so it might be something specific to this account.

I havn't heard about this before either... Perhaps when you call in you can find out more information about the issue. You might also be able to contact Koodo via Facebook to avoid the telephone delays.

I have the same problem. I've been trying to add the booster for at least 3 days now and I get the same message every time. Tried *611 but can't remember my 4-digit pin.

When will these technical difficulties be resolved? Is there any other way for me to add a booster?

I got this problem too, is't only specific to certain accounts? its getting annoying as I tried to call *611, they want to charge 5 dollars there are no operators available...

You won't get charged since you currently cannot do it yourself. Also they close at 9pm on weekdays, 10pm in Atlantic Canada so you'll have to wait until tomorrow. Or send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter.
