Blocked my Data


I'm trying to have my Data turned back on after Koodo turned it off , The message I received said to reply 'YES' to have my data turned back on and nothing ! I need my data turned on? What do I do?

If replying "yes" doesn't work you'll have to call customer service to remove the block. Dial 611 and select option 5, and explain that you want it removed. You can also opt out of the automatic block for future months. Keep in mind, you were blocked because you've reached $50 in overages, if you unblock it you'll keep accumulating charges until your next billing cycle starts. Sorry the text system didn't work.

The system works. I unblocked before. I suspect it's OP's phone that's having an issue.
