Date Of Bill , I am a monthly customer and l not understand why my bill was retired more early than the date in my account Koodo . I explain in my account Koodo the date is the 19 th July but my bill was bought this Monday the 11 th . Can you explain that . Thank

Do you have automatic payment set up? That's usually charged prior to the due date in case there's a problem with the payment.

Also, your bill is always issued prior to your due date in order to give you ample time to make payment.

Your invoice should be ready a couple of days after your billing period ends.

Billing Cycle End Date - Date your monthly billing goes up to and the next one starts the day after
eBill Ready Date - About a couple of days after your Billing Cycle End Date, your pdf ebill should be available on self serve
Invoice due date - About 3 weeks from your Billing Cycle End Date
Pre-auth payment date - About 2 weeks after Billing Cycle End Date
