Billing Issue


I registered my online checking account as a pre-authorized payment but I'm not sure whether or not the payment went through or not. I didn't notice any withdrawals from my banking account. So, I decided to try paying off my bill through my online account by adding Koodo Mobile as a payee. And it seemed to have worked because I noticed the amount withdrawn. 

How long does it take for a payment to go through? And how do you know that you're bill's been paid off?

You're help is greatly appreciated.

It takes 3 - 5 business days for the payment from your bank to reach Koodo. Often the first bill after setting up Authorized Payments must be done manually, as you have done. It should automate for the next bill, but keep an eye on your account for the withdrawal,a s you did this month, just to be sure.  Automatic withdrawals are  usually completed 14 days after the end of your billing period.
