Billing Dispute

When the sales rep opened my two accounts with Koodo, he was not able to keep my mobile phone numbers for some reasons and he asked me to set up the new phones with new numbers and call Koodo to transfer my old number to the newly received phones with new numbers.

I received the first billing this month and was charged $26 for the new number Koodo set up. How can I process this billing dispute?

Why couldn't your port your number over on self serve on your own?

I would suggest you check the page 3 in your PDF bill. They might give you a temporary number and charged some fee on it, but then refunded.
