bill payment

so my usual bill is 39.20. My latest one just came out and is about 44. I got a new phone just yesterday a few days after. I was just wondering if this raise in price is just paying off the few days of this old plan or what? Let me know if anyone has an idea on what it could be

Did you change plans as well? Was there a small tab tab balance that had to be paid off for the change?

You should have gotten paperwork that detailed any changes in your plan or Tab repayment. That's likely what it is. Check page 3 of your bill. It will show you what happened.

You can get your pdf ebill by logging into your self serve from a browser and downloading your ebill.  All the info about your invoice is there

im looking at it, it is saying that its 40$ befor tax but i have no idea why it would be that at least till next month considering it should be next bill that will have the changes. Is it possible that i am paying for just a day or two of this month so that it will just be the new balance next month?

If you changed your plan when getting the new phone, then it kicked in right away. If your new plan is 40$, then theres no reason your bill would of stayed at the usual 39$ price.

the days left on the bill for the one i got hit 0 befor my new phone and plan change, so shouldnt that mean it should still be at the 39 price since i never did use the new plan as of then?

All plans are charged for the month coming. So the bill you pay is for your next billing cycle and any overages from the previous cycle.
