Bill not appearing

I've received a text message from Koodo with the amount of my bill. When I try to log in, the message "there was an error when logging in" appears. Then after clicking on billing it says that I have no balance on my account. I have tried on chrome, internet explorer and on my phone and the result is the same. I've also deleted my cash and removed cookies, to no avail.

I've just become a customer and this will be my first bill.
You will need to contact koodo to fix your self serve.
You can schedule a callback via koodo assist

Is there no bill to download and view or any other option like that?
There isn't anything under billing. I've tried looking under my profile as well and a blank screen appears.

Hi there - the email you're using here looks to be linked to an account that was cancelled a couple of months ago.
