Question

Bill more expensive than actual plan

Hi. I switched from a 28$ plan to a 49$ plan this month. It was 3 days before the end of my billing cycle. Therefore, I was removed 2.80$ and added 4.90$ on my bill in partial charges, which is normal and which I understand. Problem is, I also got charged 49$ for the month instead of the original 28$. That means I have had my new plan for 3 days in my billing cycle and I have to pay more than if I had it for the whole month. My bill is at 60$, which is 49 - 2.80 + 4.90 + tx. This does not make any sense to me. Thank you for your understanding, as I could not reach an agent on the phone after waiting nearly 30 minutes.

Hello Benjamin,

Are you sure you paid your last month's bill? What does it say on p.3 of your bill?

On postpaid you always pay a month in advance so you wouldve gotten money back for the 3 days you didnt use of your original plan + $4.10 for 3 days of your new plan + $40 your new plan upfront for next month. (Or something alone those lines).
Yes I did pay it in full. I'm trying to upload the pic atm, sorry it is in french

Everything looks good to me. You always pay the month in advance, $49, then you paid the prorated portion of the $49 plan and got some money back for the prorated portion you didnt use of your old plan this month.
